To activate TiveConnect, create a Business Account first, then sign up for a TiveConnect Business membership. You will need a credit card for this step.
Once signed up, you will be all set to use TiveConnect and access on-demand ASL interpreters.
If your subscription has expired, you can click on the link in the notification (in-app or in the email) to renew your subscription.
